Below is a shame file of current listed companies which are refusing to publish a transcript or archived copy of their 2022 AGM webcast.

Accent Group (AX1) : 10am hybrid on November 11. Market cap $850m. See notice of meeting and text of 7 written questions asked.

Acrux: 10am hybrid in Melbourne on November 23. Physical at Pitcher Partners, 664 Collins St. Market cap $23m. See text of 11 questions asked. No webcast archive provided here. Requested access to webcast archive and they refused.

Adbri: Concrete giant Adbri is another listed outfit which has regressed on AGM webcast archives. You can watch the 78 minute 2021 AGM webcast here but no sign of 2022 version. Wonder what was said that sparked this change in approach?

Aeris Resources: 10am Brisbane time hybrid on November 23. Chair is father of a test cricketer. See notice of meeting. Lodged 5 questions on Zoom but they were all ignored as meeting shut down with no debate. Emailed requesting archive.

ALS Corp (ALQ): August 23, 2022: hybrid AGM with physical component in Brisbane. See notice of meeting plus list of 12 written questions, the majority of which were ignored. Double digit protest vote against both directors up for election. No sign of AGM webcast archive or transcript.

Alterity Therapeutics (ATH): 9am hybrid on November 11 with physical component on Lygon St. Mark cap only $31m. See notice of meeting and text of 11 questions asked.

APA: October 19: hybrid with physical component in Sydney. Two big protest votes with 20% against climate transition plan and 19% against director James Fazzino. Still waiting for webcast archive and transcript on this page.

Aristocrat Leisure, February 24, 11am: fully virtual AGM. See notice of meeting. 6 resolutions with two directors up for re-election and then 4 pay-related votes, including an increase in the fee cap for directors from $3.2 million to $4 million. Collins Foods (CKF): 9.30am, September 2, 2022: hybrid in Brisbane. See notice of meeting and good to see proxy votes disclosed in the pre-AGM presentation. No meaningful protest votes. See list of 9 questions asked, the majority of which were ignored courtesy of a 2 question limit which was attempted mid-meeting but partially rejected by chair Robert Kaye SC. No sign of AGM webcast archive or transcript, despite requests.

Costa Group: 11am, May 25, 2022: hybrid meeting with physical component at 447 Collins St. Lodged these 9 questions but don't know what happened as no webcast archive published. Biggest protest vote was 5% against director Harry Debney.

Credit Corp: 10.30am, October 25: hybrid with physical component in Sydney. See notice of meeting. Ownership Matters and ISS both recommended against rem report which had a 23% against vote. Constitutional amendments voted down with 35% protest due to move to virtual AGMs and also 16.6% against vote on CEO's LTI grant. No webcast available as yet.

Diversified United Investments (DUI): 10am, October 20: hybrid with physical component on Collins Street. Lobbed these 5 written questions. No material protest votes. All 5 resolutions supported by more than 98% of voted stock. Failed to deliver a webcast archive.

Endeavour Group (EDV): 9am, October 18: hybrid with physical component in Sydney. See notice of meeting. Asked 12 questions despite 2 question limit for each item of business.

Eagers Automotive (APE): 10am, July 15, 2022: a hybrid EGM to approve a $193 million related party transaction involving the Canberra car retailing assets of billionaire director and largest shareholder Nick Politis. The physical component was held at Morgans in Brisbane. Lasted for an hour and impressed that all 6 of these written questions lodged during the meeting were read out in full and answered comprehensively. The deal went through with 98% of voted stock in favour, even though proxy adviser Ownership Matters recommended against.

Healthia: 11am hybrid on November 29 for the allied health roll-up with physical component in Brisbane. See notice of meeting. Quite a few protest votes and see text of 9 questions asked. No sign of a webcast archive but have requested.

Too bad if any of the 6,300 shareholders in this $630m company missed the live version.
