Stephen Mayne: I would like to note Australia's woeful record in terms of gender diversity and the fact that you are under the odds with only one out of nine. Too late with take over plays to change that now, but I thought that that ought to be noted.

Chairman: In relation to your second question about gender balance, yes that is an issue that we are very aware of, and as I have mentioned we did put on hold our succession planning discussions, but that is something that we are very aware of the need to have greater gender balance.
