Q1. Don't forget to look after retail in future capital raisings.

Answer: The executive chair Richard Bull gave a good summary of the issues.

Q2. Why is the AGM so late?

Answer: The chair said it was so they could combined it with approving the recent placement in November.

Q3. What is the history of our strangely global history being incorporate in the UK, listed on the ASX and primarily operating out of Canada?

Answer: The chair gave a good summary but then said one unexpected benefit was it made it more complicated for predators to make a bid.
