Below is a summary of the issues raised at the Mach 7 (M7T) hybrid AGM (see notice of meeting) held on November 29, 2024. My internet cut out mid Zoom so didn't manage to capture the text of what was lodged and when re-entered the Zoom the questions were gone. Have emailed requesting an archive of the AGM recording be published but was told by co sec Francoise Dixon that no recording was made. Poor form for a company capitalised at $78m. No early proxies in these formals and copped across the board protest votes including a 26% rem strike.
